Plugin Refunds

We’ve built our fair share of WordPress sites over the years and, in doing so, we’ve bought a whole load of plugins too. We get it… sometimes the shiny new plugin you bought just isn’t fit for you or your client’s requirements, but the only way to know for sure is to try it out. That’s why we offer no-quibble refunds on all plugin purchases within 14 days of the purchase date.

We do recommend, however, that if you have an issue with a plugin, it’s worth reaching out to us on our support portal first. We also offer a plugin customisation service so, if there’s something specific that you’re trying to achieve, feel free to let us know!

Refund Requests

If you would like to request a refund, please log in to the account which you used to purchase the plugin and open a ticket via our support portal. We’d really appreciate it if you could give us as much detail as possible about why you’re not happy with the plugin, as this helps us to identify where we might have gone wrong and make improvements to our products.

Refund Payments

Once we’ve processed your refund request, your payment is usually reimbursed within 1 working day, to the payment method which you used to make the purchase.
